Short Sale Money: Is Now the Time?

We’ve talked a lot about one side of short sales on this blog, but what about the other end. While the two groups might not want to mix in public, there is another side to short sales – buying up foreclosure properties to make a profit. While some might call these people vultures, it is indeed capitalism and a free market at work.

If you’re willing to do it, there are ways to make short sale money in the current economic situation around the country. You don’t have to be mean about it or even feel guilty. You’re not the one foreclosing on the mortgage – you’re just stepping in to help save someone from defaulting on their mortgage by buying the property as a short sale. Some might say that’s a good thing.

However you look at it, if you want to make money with short sales, now is the time to get started.
